Terms of Service
Effective 2 September 2026 · Please read these terms before purchasing.
1. License and access
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VAPE BREAK for the purchased term. A one-month license lasts 30 days from issuance and is fixed to the first activated device. A lifetime license may be active on one device at a time and includes up to three device switches. Lifetime access lasts for the supported lifetime of the product and does not promise perpetual updates or service availability.
2. No resale or sharing
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload, rent, share, or commercially exploit the client, loader, its files, your license key, or access credentials. Each license is limited to one active device and its purchased device-switch allowance.
3. No tampering or extraction
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, extract, copy, defeat, bypass, probe, or interfere with the client, license checks, authentication, update system, security controls, or protected services, except where applicable law expressly gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
4. No unauthorized hacking or abuse
You may not use VAPE BREAK to access accounts, computers, networks, servers, or data without authorization; distribute malware; steal credentials; disrupt services; harass others; or perform any unlawful or malicious activity. You are responsible for following applicable law and the rules of every server or service you use.
5. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or permanently revoked if you share or resell the client, evade license controls, attack the service, commit fraud or chargeback abuse, or otherwise materially breach these terms. Revocation for a breach does not create a refund right except where required by law.
6. Digital delivery and refunds
The license is digital content delivered immediately after confirmed payment. By selecting the immediate-delivery acknowledgment before purchase, you expressly request delivery during any applicable withdrawal period and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost when digital access begins. Purchases are otherwise final and non-refundable after a key is issued or activated, except where applicable law requires a refund, remedy, cancellation, or withdrawal right.
7. Service and compatibility
The client is provided as available. Compatibility can change when Minecraft, Fabric, servers, anti-cheat systems, or third-party services change. No feature, bypass, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every server is guaranteed.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for server bans, account restrictions, lost data, lost profits, indirect damage, or damage caused by misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future purchases or to reflect legal, security, or product changes. Material changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights. For purchase support, use the seller contact information provided through Stripe Checkout or your payment receipt.
